Summer Grass Leagues

On-line Summer Grass League registration commences March 1st via the website every year. All leagues generally fill by April 15th. 25% refund cancellation policy, $0 refunded after May 1st

Our outdoor volleyball leagues commence mid May 2026 (after the Victoria Day long weekend) to mid August 2026 in various parks & school facilities throughout east Vancouver. The league formats include Reverse Co-Ed 4’s (R4), Reverse Co-Ed 2’s (R2), Womens 4’s (W4) & Womens 2’s (W2). Compare & you will see we have the lowest prices in Metro Vancouver.

LENGTH - FIRST 10 SUNNY weeks
FORMAT - W4
FEE - $440/team

SCHEDULE ⏱
» 545pm - Team Check-In
» 6pm SHARP - Game starts
» All league rainout nights must made up until August 21, 2026.

GAME PLAY ✅
» Grass W4 Rules [ View ]
» Ladder system: 3 matches per night. You win, you move closer to Court #1
» Match play is continuous, warm-up beforehand
» Ghost service rule applied when an opponent does not field a FULL team on the court.

SUBSITIUTION 🔁
» A sub must have played at least one week of the league with the same team to be eligible for the Week 10 Play-off.

SECURE YOUR POST 🔒
» Send your league fee by bank transfer within 2 business days of registration
» Be sure to include your Order# in the transfer message
» If payment isn’t received on time, we’ll have to give your spot to the next team in line.

RAINOUT ☔️
» 'If' Rained Out, a notice will be posted on the FaceBook TFC Players Information Page at 430pm.

ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES 🧑‍💻
» Field Change Fee: 10% of the team fee
» Duplicate Registration Cancellation Fee: 25% of the team fee per duplicate registration or, at the league's discretion, all team registrations associated with the duplicate entries may be canceled
» Team Withdrawal Fee: 25% of the team fee
» No Show (Week 1): No refund will be issued if your team does not show up for the first game.

I have read and agreed to the Terms/Conditions and the Rules of each Grass League I have registered in. It is my responsibility to ensure my teammates & sub(s) read the Rules of each Grass League too.

I agree if the PHO, Minister of Health, City of Vancouver, VPB &/or VSB revokes TFC field permits or state that play must be suspended due to Covid-19 requirements/protocols no league refunds nor future credits will be given.

By registering on-line it has been deemed that the Captain & Alternate have read & will abide by all registration requirements & will ensure they share all this information with any Subs the team shall utilize throughout each league they have sign-up for.
